Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth delivery of the Innovation Program while maintaining high standards of center operations.

• Provide excellent customer care by handling inquiries and feedback effectively.

• Maintain accurate student and participant databases.

• Handle payment collections and maintain financial records.

• Coordinate weekend classes.

Qualifications

• Excellent English & Sinhala communication skills.

• Passion for marketing and customer engagement.

• Prior customer care experience is an advantage.

• Female candidates only.

• Workdays: Saturday & Sunday.

Compensation: Daily wage basis
