About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Counsellor (Part-Time) to provide individual and group counseling for students and staff, supporting their mental health, wellbeing, and academic success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, psychology, or mental health, with experience in intervention strategies and wellbeing programs within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students and staff.

Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group discussions on topics related to mental health and wellness.

Offer crisis intervention and support for urgent mental health needs.

Stay updated with best practices in counseling and mental health management.

Contribute to maintaining a healthy, supportive campus environment.

Requirements

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Prior experience in counseling or a mental health role (preferably in a university or educational setting).

Proficiency in multilingual communication (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work on a part-time basis, including weekends if required.
