BizyCorp is a global consulting company working with international clients in aesthetics and healthcare. We are hiring a Program Manager (Remote) to oversee operational strategies, consulting frameworks, and client engagement in the aesthetics sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop operational processes, KPIs, and consulting tools.

• Collaborate with consultants and cross-functional teams.

• Conduct market research and integrate industry best practices.

• Monitor performance metrics and improve retention strategies.

• Lead client projects and manage adoption of solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in project/program management or business strategy.

• Strong execution and multitasking abilities.

• Communication and leadership skills.

• Market analysis and business growth mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• PMP or similar certification preferred.

• Age: 25–35 years.

Work Hours & Compensation

• Flexible schedule (8 hours daily; mix of day and night shifts).

• Salary: 110,000 LKR (with increments after 6 months).

• Remote, full-time only.
